Omer Count - 1st Corinthians 13

We are using this chapter of the Bible for our focus of prayer during the days of the Omer

Week 1 - 4th April - Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy. (v. 4a)

Week 2 - 11th April - Love does not parade itself; it is not puffed up. (v. 4b)

Week 3 - 18th April - Love does not behave rudely, does not seek its own. (v. 5a)

Week 4 - 25th April - Love is not provoked, it thinks no evil. (v. 5b)

Love Frederick - Outreach

Join us on April 17th from 5 - 9pm for a time of outreach and evangelism. The citywide outreach will be held at the Bandshell in Baker Park with a time of worship, playing an episode of the Chosen on a 17 ft projection screen, and sharing the Gospel. The vision of Love Frederick is to see true revival in our city. Their purpose is to plant seeds that His presence and gospel might be made known, with the hope for there to be a true change in the atmosphere of Frederick that lasts beyond the event itself.

Love Frederick is looking for your help! Whether you are a worshiper, evangelist, or have a heart for hospitality, Love Frederick would love to have you a part of this special event as we partner with the Kingdom minded churches of our city. Prayer House Service Opportunity

Service to Messiah needed: One person for each night on Saturday evenings at 8pm and Monday evenings at 8pm to clean/disinfect against covid and close/lock the 24/7 Prayer House Frederick, located next to our congregational building on fourth street. Cleaning typically requires 15 minutes. The Prayer House is a place for folks to learn how to pray, encounter God in prayer, and intercede for requests left. Us as Messiah's Kehila are His House of Prayer and it is a privilege to serve to help people fulfill their call to pray. Promising Horizons Learning Center

Promising Horizons Learning Center invites you to join them on April 17th from 10:30am -12:30pm for an open house and petting zoo! The event will be held at Monocacy Valley Church. Promising Horizons Learning Center is a new Christian education childcare center that supplies child care for ages 2-5, under the umbrella of Monocacy Valley Church.
