Another week

It's the beginning of another week, are you ready for it? Even if you are run off your feet today, take a moment to meet with G-d. You can see the daily Parasha and Bible reading plan for this week and here is the drash for Mattot/Masa'ei.

Please pray for the network this week ...

There is a buzz of activity this week! Today is full of men's breakfast, Sisterhood gathering, Shabbat class and congregational fellowship. Young adults discipleship and healing sessions are happening this week and both Shomair Yisrael and Shoresh David resume Erev Shabbat meals for the entire congregation this Shabbat. Please pray for safety, grace and fellowship at all these events.

The Bible verse for this week is ...

"Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will lift you up." (James 4:10, CJB)

We can all find it difficult to be humble, but look at the rewards - G-d will lift us up. This week, let's seek G-d's face and ask Him to help us be humble before Him.
