Joy - Often seen as something superficial, or brought on by liberal application of alcohol, most people think that believers in Messiah don't have any. All those rules we have to keep, not to mention that we must always seem pi if anyone is looking. Well, this month contains the prime example of how we, as believers in Messiah Yeshua, can celebrate and rejoice. The feast of Purim is usually joyous and a time of laughter and fun for all ages. Enjoy your Purim event! But we have much more than that to be joyful about: we have a living relationship with G-d, right now, every day. We should always have a smile on our face as we are filled with the Holy Spirit and the certainty of our salvation in Yeshua. That's good news indeed for a hurting world: peace and reconciliation with G-d (see 2 Corinthians 5) as He Himself makes a way for us to come back to Him. He loves us first (1 John 4:19) and wants us to laugh (and cry) with Him as He showers His love and blessings upon us. Every day, really!
