Alignment

I want to share with you some thoughts of on the subject of alignment and our attitude towards cooperating with others ...

That self-centered attitude limits and frustrates what could come out of the group if there were more cooperation and unity.

This excerpts are from my book, which is newly released.

If there were an Olympic competition for complaining and arguing, no doubt we in Israel would win the gold. In an embarrassing way, it is part of our culture and identity that no one wants to cooperate with anyone.
