It's easy to judge and look down on others who are not 'us', particularly if they are also our enemy. But enemies can be a lot smarter than us - and should be respected, rather than despised. The natural un-regenerated man elevates himself and therefore despises his neighbors who are not like he is. We sometimes justify despising a person because he is our enemy or because of his sin. This one can be a challenge, but is a commandment nonetheless! Mitzvah N17
