Thi week at Shomair Yisrael

New member class:

Our third class (third of four consecutive weeks) will take place this Shabbat, 30 minutes after the end of the service. Anyone interested in becoming a member of Shomair Yisrael MJC may attend the class without making a commitment for membership until the 4 classes are completed.

Healing service:

Yesterday, during our regular Saturday morning worship this last week Rabbi Michael felt a leading and then shared with the congregation that this is to be a week of preparation. This coming Saturday we are having a healing service. Anyone who desires a healing of any kind will receive prayer.

We are preparing for this service through fasting, prayer and twice a day prayer meetings in our sanctuary (7AM and 7PM) along with communion at each prayer time. This will take place from Monday 7AM through Friday 7PM [Friday night will be our Kabbalat Shabbat service]. Some of our leaders will be fasting from Wednesday until after our service on Saturday. Others are invited to connect in any way with this opportunity to serve the Lord.

I'm writing today to ask if you would pray with us and for us that the Lord to do a mighty work next Saturday. He calls us to high hopes in Him. Praying Psalm 62. God bless.
