Yeshua was resurrected on the Third day following the crucifixion (probably the second day of Passover). The book of Acts informs us He taught the disciples for 40 days about the Kingdom of God (Acts 1:3). Then he told them to wait in Jerusalem (Acts 1:4) just before He ascended on high (Acts 1:9). Then we learn that they (the disciples) did something. That "something" is still significant for us today, as we receive a call to greater intimacy with God. This is done through prayer. Acts 1:9 "These all continued with one accord in prayer ... NKJV Let's use this week to press in to greater levels of intimacy with God. Shavuah Tov (have a good week)!
