About Provision

In this modern world, surrounded by agricultural yields that far exceed those know by previous generations, we need a reminder who it is that provides for us and where that provision comes from.

Psalm 104:14-15 You cause the grass to grow for the livestock and plants for man to cultivate, that he may bring forth food from the earth and wine to gladden the heart of man, oil to make his face shine and bread to strengthen man's heart.

In every way, God's hand alone is responsible for our provision. Certainly, man is involved in the process and has to do the work, but without God's action to make it happen, our efforts are in vain.
