Clothed with Messiah

Spring is well on its way and we are several weeks into Counting the Omer, as we count the days between Pesach and Shavuot. As we physically number our days, it is a reminder to consider how we are using our time. Living an upright life free of immorality is still applicable to us today! You can see the daily Parasha and Bible reading plan for this week and here is the drash for Emor.

This afternoon El Shaddai have Dorcas ministry and the ladies at Or Chaim are taking part in the Quarterly Colorado Messianic Women's Fellowship. On Tuesday evening Tikvat Yisrael have a Torah Study on The Letters of Paul and on Wednesday evening Adat Chaim have Young Adult Discipleship.

The Bible verse for this week is ...

"For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ." (Galatians 3:27, NASB)

This is an active participation - we are to clothe ourselves with Messiah, we are to have him wrapped around and surrounding us! This week, let us all consider if we have, in the words, of another translation "put on" Messiah!
