Physical and spiritual purity

This week we read about ritual purity and uncleanness. A dry subject for these modern days, but perhaps we should give some thought to whether we live our lives in a state of holiness (or sin) before the L-rd? You can see the daily Parasha and Bible reading plan for this week and here is the drash for Tazria/M'tzora.

Please pray for the network this week ...

This afternoon Shomair Yisrael begin a new series of Shabbat classes, Beit Hallel have their monthly Men's and Sisterhood meetings and Ohev Yisrael Celebrate Israel 2021 for Yom Ha'atzmut. Tikvat Israel have Torah study on Tuesday evening and Adat Chaim have A Slice of Torah on Wednesday evening. On Shabbat Tikvat Israel have guest speaker Rabbi David Rudolph, Brit Hadasha have Women's Bible study in the afternoon and El Shaddai have Toldot Homegroup in the evening.

The Bible verse for this week is ...

"You blind Pharisee, first clean the inside of the cup and of the dish, so that the outside of it may become clean also." (Matthew 23:26, NASB)

This applies as much to us as it did to the Pharisees: we must make sure we clean the inside of us. This week, let us give thought to the cleanliness of our souls!
