Shabbat Shuva

We are during the ten Days of Awe, which means that this next Shabbat is Shabbat Shuva, the Shabbat of repentance. You can see the daily Parasha and Bible reading plan for this week and here is the drash for Ha'azinu.

Please pray for the network this week ...

Prayer services mark every day of the 10 Days of Awe in some of our congregations and several of the congregations, including El Shaddai and Shomair Yisrael, are participating in the The Return on Shabbat with other believers. Please pray for the Spirit to touch our people at this solemn time, that our communities and our fellow Jews would turn to G-d.

The Bible verse for this week is ...

"I call on ADONAI, who is worthy of praise; and I am saved from my enemies." (2 Samuel 22:4, NASB)

Do we call on the L-rd to be saved from our enemies and sin, or do we struggle on alone? This week, as we approach Yom Kippur, let us turn to Adonai to be saved!
