Hag sameach! We are part way through the feast of Pesach and yet, at the end of the week on Shabbat, we return to the weekly Torah reading. You can see the daily Parasha and Bible reading plan for this week and here is the drash for Sh'mini. Please pray for the network this week Although we cannot meet face to face, it is still a time of celebration as we celebrate Pesach. Internet meetings take place so we can gather together - and it's important to still take time to relax and enjoy G-d's redemptive work, even if it's by ourselves. Let's pray for one another, that we will claim G-d's redemption in our lives this week and move forward with Him as we Count the Omer. The Bible verse for this week is ... "And David was dancing before the Lord with all his might, and David was wearing a linen ephod. (2 Samuel 6:14, NASB) This verse tells us that when they brought the Ark to Jerusalem, David "danced with all his might"; which seems to conjure up a picture that he was focussed so entirely on that moment and His G-d - when was the last time we did that? This week, may we praise our great G-d with all our might and be focussed on Him!
