Shabbaton seminar at Brit Hadasha

This is the last day to register for the First Fruits of Zion seminar that we are hosting at Brit Hadasha next Shabbat!

You are invited to join us for a special Shabbaton (a special event on the Sabbath). The Shabbaton will begin with a Friday night Erev Shabbat meal and end with Havdalah the next evening. This will be a time of special focus, education, and celebration on the Sabbath. This event is open to all! For some, this will be an exciting opportunity to learn more about this appointed time; for others, it will be affirming and strengthening.

God created the heavens and the earth in six days and then, "... on the seventh day He rested. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work, which God had created and made" (Genesis 2:3). The Shabbat is a blessed and sanctified time. We will experience the goodness and provision of God through his gift of the holy Sabbath and will be learning and discussing ways in which we can, in turn, honor God through this time.

Together we will learn, sing, pray, discuss, and connect; all of the things that the Sabbath table is intended to foster. The Shabbaton is intended to affirm the good of the Sabbath, underscore its merit through in-depth discussions and teachings, and give individuals and communities some practical steps to honor God through the Sabbath in a meaningful manner. The time will fly by leaving deep impressions, wonderful memories, and a deep passion to bring this service into one's own home.

For more details and to register go to the Brit Hadasha website or click here. We look forward to you joining us!
