Where Does God Live?

Have you read Isaiah 66:1-2 recently? It was the passage I read at my Bar Mitzvah. It didn't have much significance for me then, but it certainly does now!

... humility, a contrite spirit, honestly recognizing that we cannot commend ourselves to Him by our own righteousness will actually draw Him to us.

When can we encounter God's Spirit? Where does He live and how can we find Him? These are some of the questions I reflect upon in my article.
