The Feast of Dedication

In the newsletter we sent out before Shabbat, we share with you some thoughts from the recent feast of Hannukah:

The Feast of Chanukah highlights the thought of "dedication" which is the meaning of the Hebrew word Chanukah. In the history of the Feast, Judas Maccabee and his brothers led a revolt against the Greeks who were occupying the nation of Israel.

Thoughts of dedication to the Lord is very pertinent to Jackie and I right now, in view of the battle we have been through with my health, and is relevent to all of us today.

Do have a look at the whole update, which you can read here and we always love to hear from you, so do come back here to leave a comment.
